Who We Are
Founded right here in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, Elemental Land Management is owned and operated by two brothers with a shared drive for building things that last. What started four years ago as two guys with weed eaters tackling local backyards has steadily grown into a full-scale operation. Through reinvesting in equipment and time, we’ve taken on increasingly larger, more complex projects—and we push ourselves to evolve and adapt.
What We Do
At Elemental Land Management, we offer a full spectrum of outdoor and land services designed to transform, build, and protect your property. We don’t limit ourselves to just one type of job—our crew handles everything from custom landscape transformations and hardscaping to ongoing maintenance and heavy-duty site work.
Our capabilities cover a wide range of services, including:
- Custom Hardscaping & Construction: Building rock-solid stone retaining walls, structural features, and functional outdoor layouts built to handle local terrain.
- Full-Service Landscaping: Designing, installing, and upgrading outdoor spaces to give your property a clean, elevated, and well-maintained look.
- Site Work & Heavy Equipment Ops: Tackling tough terrain, clearing overgrown acreage, and taking on complex dirt and land management projects.
- Ongoing Property Care: Keeping residential and commercial properties in top shape through consistent, high-quality maintenance.
Whether we are shaping raw land, clearing out wild growth, or installing custom features from scratch, we bring the right machinery, craft, and work ethic to turn any outdoors space into something functional, durable, and visually sharp.
Protecting Sonoma County
Living and working in Sonoma County means understanding the environment around us. With wildland fires posing a growing threat year after year, a major focus of our work is fire mitigation and defensible space clearing.
We help local property owners reduce their fire risk by clearing hazardous brush, managing overgrown vegetation, and creating safe zones around homes and land. For us, this isn’t just another job—it’s about protecting our neighbors and making our community more resilient.
Looking Ahead
We built Elemental Land Management from the ground up, and we’re looking forward to expanding our reach, tackling new creative challenges, and helping more landowners across Sonoma County protect and elevate their property.
